• Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for the client under an engagement become the client's property, unless otherwise stated in the proposal.
• The Company retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, and pre-existing materials.
• All website content owned by Charge Snip (text, design, graphics, and logos) may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during an engagement, and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement.

7. No Guarantee of Results

• The client remains responsible for payment of services performed up to the effective date of termination.
• We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where continued engagement would be unlawful or impractical.

11. Indemnification
