Refund Policy

At Charge Snip, we want every client to feel confident in their investment. Because our services are professional advisory and consulting engagements, this Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Free Initial Consultation

Initial discovery consultations offered by Charge Snip are free of charge. No refund is applicable or required for these sessions.

2. Services Rendered Are Non-Refundable

Charges for consulting work that has already been performed are non-refundable. This includes:

• Strategy sessions, audits, and reviews already delivered.
• Deliverables already produced and shared with the client (e.g., strategy documents, roadmaps, brand guidelines advice, reports).
• Hours already worked under a retainer or hourly engagement.

3. Deposits & Prepayments

• If you cancel your engagement before any work has begun, any deposit or prepayment is refundable in full, minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
• If work has partially begun, the deposit will be applied to the portion of services already performed, and any remaining balance will be refunded.

4. Monthly Retainers

Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance for the upcoming month. If you cancel a retainer, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees for the current month are non-refundable once advisory access has been provided for that month.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Scheduled consultation sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge if we receive at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited and billed as delivered.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a delivered session or deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concern in good faith and, at our discretion, offer a revision session or a partial refund where appropriate. Our goal is always to make things right.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@chargesnip.org with:

• Your full name and the email address used for the engagement.
• The service or engagement in question.
• The reason for your refund request.

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

9. Changes to This Policy

Charge Snip reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
